Documents available for download through this Site are provided for informational purposes only. These documents are hosted through a third-party document management platform and are made available subject to The ED Council's sharing permissions. The ED Council reserves the right to modify, remove, or update downloadable documents at any time without notice.
Documents downloaded from this Site are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the downloading party only and may not be redistributed, republished, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of The ED Council.

XV. Force Majeure
The ED Council shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, epidemics or pandemics, government-imposed restrictions or orders, power or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks or third-party service disruptions (including disruptions to any technology provider integrated with our services), labor disputes, or civil unrest.
The ED Council will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users as promptly as practicable and to restore normal operations in a timely manner. The ED Council's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
